How do I find a fragrance?
Use the brand dropdowns, the Men Fragrances or Women Fragrances menus, or the store search. Unisex fragrances may appear in both collections.
How long does USA delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit. Standard USA shipping is free. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Where is my tracking number?
Tracking is emailed after dispatch and may take 24 hours to update. Contact us if tracking has not arrived within 3 business days.
What if an item is sold out?
Sold-out products cannot be ordered until stock becomes available. Please email us if you need help finding an alternative.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Contact us promptly with your order number. Eligibility and any cancellation charges depend on our Refund Policy and your statutory rights. Please report visible delivery damage within 2 days where possible, with photos of the product and packaging.
