Shipping Policy

PerfumeHarbour offers free standard shipping on USA orders, with no minimum purchase.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Standard USA delivery is estimated at 3–4 business days after dispatch, normally using USPS tracked service. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking your order

We email tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, contact support@perfumeharbour.com with your order number.

Delivery questions

Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. If a parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Carrier, weather and seasonal delays can affect delivery estimates.

We currently sell and ship only within the United States. Orders must use an eligible USA delivery address.
